Do women have a different negotiation style than men? How can women play to their strengths and avoid classic pitfalls? Join a seasoned negotiator and senior leader in a invigorating discussion about “Women and the Art of Negotiations”. Whether you’re negotiating a multi-million dollar deal or getting a raise from your boss, hear from personal experience how to tackle this challenging and unavoidable aspect of life.
Speaker: Nicole St-Louis
Nicole St-Louis is Partner in the Commercial Real Estate Group at Borden Ladner Gervais, Canada’s largest law firm. Formerly Vice President, Legal Counsel at Loblaw Companies, Nicole has a unique skill set from her many years as senior in-house counsel and business executive at Canada’s largest retailer. At BLG, Nicole practices in most areas of real estate law, including new developments, acquisitions and dispositions, with a special emphasis on commercial leasing. Nicole’s clients include local, national and international clients who are involved in all areas of real estate. Nicole has extensive knowledge of the retail environment and has negotiated commercial retail leases while acting for both landlords and tenants, from simple projects to complex, mixed-use, multi-level developments.
Nicole is the mother of 2 daughters, both of whom are great negotiators.
