May Theme: The Big Idea

The Big Idea …for this session using feedback as an essential part of …  making change in an organization, making the ask/how to present your idea to a group and own it, …, how to respond when someone takes credit for your work, … etc.

Session Name: How to Give, Receive and Invite Feedback

Giving and receiving feedback can be stressful. Receiving feedback is essential for growth, and crafting it takes skill. Organizations, both small and large, need to be able to invite feedback, as that is also how they grow. Whether giving, receiving or inviting, feedback, this requires that we be in the right mindset to hear it, or to offer it up to others in our work and business relationships. Through dialogue and activities, participants will be guided through an exploration of intentional feedback, with an eye on making it easier to manage it both in the office and in our everyday lives.
