Hailey will provide you with actionable tips and inspiration that help you to identify and showcase your strengths, show up authentically and seek support on your journey to a more fulfilled professional existence. She will share insights from a career in non-profit leadership, where she has spent years establishing projects in support of wellness, inclusion and career development.
Hailey Hechtman, Executive Director, Causeway Work Centre
Hailey is a creative, innovative and dedicated non-profit director with a focus on program development and evaluation. She has over 8 years of experience working in the social services sector in management and directorial positions aimed at establishing new project, funding and strategic objectives for mental wellness, disability, and youth agencies. She is a strong communicator with a background in direct service provision that recognizes both the importance of a big-picture perspective and a practical, hands-on philosophy towards creating sustainable change.
