Lissa’s passion for career development began by writing resumes for friends and family. She then progressed to create a young professional network at a charity where she supported the career progression of over
75 professionals. Lissa has hosted and spoke at over 25 career leadership and mentoring events and supported individuals in their career path through career counselling and career coaching.
With 10+ years of experience in the public service, Lissa has under her belt years of knowledge in conducting interviews, screening résumés, and recruiting. She has led several hiring processes and trained and on-boarded several new recruits.
Since 2012, Lissa has helped hundreds of people land interviews and secure meaningful employment with well known employers such as the Government of Canada, RBC, TD Canada Trust, University of Ottawa, IBM and more.
