Andrea Greenhous is the founder and owner of Vision2Voice Communications, a boutique internal communications agency. Her team works with large organizations to create a great employee experience and build an authentic brand from the inside. They do this by focusing on the one thing that matters most in organizations – communication.
Andrea is considered an international thought leader in her field and leads a team that works with clients across North America. Her passion for internal communication and culture began over 25 years ago when she saw first-hand how it could make a difference in an organization’s success. Since then, she has combined strategic thinking and fresh ideas to help organizations connect with their employees. A certified change management practitioner, she has also led many large, complex transformation projects.
A mom of two teens and former almost professional triathlete, if Andrea is not working, she can be usually found at the yoga studio, on her bike, or running with her black Labrador Retriever at her side.
