About Speaker: Feruz Dglel Tesfay

Feruz Dglel Tesfay is a recent graduate from Carleton University with a Bachelor of Commerce with a concentration in International Business. She was born in Eritrea, grew up in Uganda, and then moved to Canada in 2015 to complete her grade 12 and pursue post-secondary education.
Throughout the past few years, she has held various roles, including Founder and President of Sprott Social Impact Club, Project Coordinator at SmartCone Technologies, Project Manager Intern at Ericsson Canada Inc., and Co-Founder and CFO of WeFlex Inc.
Through Sprott Social Impact Club, she advocates for social impact with a focus on youth empowerment. And through WeFlex Inc. she advocates for a healthy lifestyle.
