    About Eric

    For reasons unbeknownst to him, Eric always seemed to be on someone’s short-list for challenging roles throughout his career in the Canadian Armed Forces. He has helped build new organisations, developed asset tracking software for equipment valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars, helped bring new SATCOM capabilities off-the-ground in record time. He has led groups of 3 to three hundred.  Eric is a passionate speaker, award-winning author, full-time father, advocate and mentor for positive organisational change.

    Throughout the decades of his military career Eric served across Canada, the USA, Europe and Middle East. Together, he and his business-partner Christine have a combined 40+ years of service in Defense and Aerospace.

    About Christine

    As a CAF member of over 21 years, Christine gained experience working as an Avionics Technician across multiple aircraft types. She’s managed both small and large groups of repair teams with servicing and repairs and also has extensive experience with managing diverse groups of people. Currently in Gatineau, QC she in charge of a multi-million dollar budget as the CF 188 Pubs Manager.

    Christine has lived and travelled extensively across North America and has a great appreciation for the multitude of experiences she has acquired regarding people as well as systems & software.
