Her holistic and intuitive style of coaching invites her clients to dig a little deeper, resulting in more authentic strategies and a shift in results. Using tools including DISC Personality Assessment, as a certified trainer, Jennifer also works with teams to create better communication, synergy, and connection.

Tina Crouse is the CEO and Founder of ANSWER.it, a platform of decision-making tools for government, foundations and non-profits proven to make funding more equitable for the nonprofit sector. She is an innovator and do-er. Her recent list of accomplishments include several 'first's' in Canada. For the past 6 years, she has been involved in tech startups and expanding her funding and business knowledge in the #tech4good sector. She has continued to coach in social enterprise and social finance furthering her knowledge of 10+ years in the sector.
Panelist: Loreto Cheyne

For over a decade, Loreto has been helping Ottawa small business owners create a professional brand image. Her goal is to create a consistent visual brand that presents her clients as the experts that they are.
Loreto trained as a graphic designer at Sheridan College. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience in print design and technology as well as client care.
In 2021 Loreto incorporated another side to her business. Using her experience in print technology, print production and customer service, she has created a sassy, fun line of greeting cards to sell online. These printed cards are aimed at busy female business owners, so they can stay in touch with colleagues, friends and family.
When it’s time to relax Loreto can often be found baking or doing some crafty project. Paddleboarding is a new activity she pursues as often as possible. The two things she is most passionate about are animal welfare and gardening. In a perfect world, she would be gardening with her yard full of pets, relaxing with a glass of wine –or coffee, depending on the weather.
