Natalie was born in Eastern Germany and grew up in the Soviet Union and Eastern Block, where her parents’ work gave me the opportunity to experience the diverse cultures of the many European and Asian countries she lived in. At the age of 19, she co-founded her first company with her then-future husband. While running this business, Natalie worked with partners from Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and North America. She also had the opportunity to study business, finance, and HR in Germany, Belarus, England, and Canada.
Together with her partner, they created the system, allowing them to step away from day-to-day operations and for Natalie to focus on starting a family and real estate investments. Natalie’s design ideas and solutions were featured on the Houzz online designer platform and resulted in an additional income stream for her family.
Natalie gained a unique perspective on the integration of personal, business, and social aspects of life by experiencing the diverse cultures, challenges, and opportunities of immigration, as well as expanding her businesses, raising a family, and accelerating her personal growth, which led her to coaching.
Presently, Natalie is an entrepreneur, mother of three, and internationally certified result coach dedicated to guiding parent-entrepreneurs who are caught in a never-ending, high-stakes battle between family and business success. Her B.L.E.N.D. system enables parentpreneurs to create their own business-life mix that is rooted in family and refunded in profits without sacrificing either.
