The Women's Business Network is proud to present this year’s International Women’s Day Event - #EmbraceEquity. Join us for a fireside chat with Mante Molepo, an award-winning community leader, speaker, and advocate for equity and inclusion in the workplace, and at every table. Mante is a local businesswoman, who operates her own consulting business, Mante Molepo Consulting, where she advises Boards and senior leaders on how to adopt and apply inclusive governance strategies. Mante’s work is fuelled by her passion in advancing systemic change and ensuring that leaders have the tools required to enact true equality and inclusion in the workplace.
We will hear her impactful story of her journey as a Black professional and businesswoman, moving from a legal career to her own business, and developing various organizations and initiatives to combat racism in Ottawa - all while raising two daughters.
