Chinelo Uddoh, RPh, (aka Nelo) is a pharmacist, entrepreneur, and healthcare innovator. As the owner and operator of Opal Wellness Pharmacy in Ottawa, she has created a space that blends integrative health with personalized care, while offering consciously curated clean products, professional-grade supplements and customized solutions to meet diverse patient needs. With a background in digital health, Chinelo previously served as a Product Manager at Deloitte’s Health.
Sarah Bardelli is the Chief Executive Officer of IDS North America, part of the Fincantieri NexTech Group. She is a seasoned professional and executive, with over 25 years of experience within the aerospace, and defence & security industries. Sarah is a true leader of cutting-edge technology company. She is highly respected by her team of seasoned professionals, for her integrity and trust. Sarah is part of few business networks, where she supports young professionals by mentoring and sharing her experience.
Debbie Schinzel, founder and owner of Pure Heart Essentials, created her award-winning natural skincare line to address the impact of synthetic ingredients on health. Motivated by her daughter’s health challenges and a lack of clean beauty options, she began formulating her own products, earning five international awards. With diplomas in skincare and hair care formulation, Debbie combines expertise with passion, operating a manufacturing facility and storefront in Kanata.
