BYAs Application - Support Session

Congratulations on being nominated for the 2025 Businesswoman of the Year Awards (BYAs)! The BYA Nominations Committee is hosting an optional application support session with guest speaker Caterina Perry.

Caterina is a Career and Leadership Strategist with a bold 'go big or go home' attitude. As the Founder of Your Success Unlimited - Advancing Leaders and author of the book, 'Now That the Candy’s Gone: Mastering the Art of Self-Confidence', she pours her heart into empowering women leaders across various sectors. 

Her support session will cover essential elements such as:

1. Criteria for submission
2. Mastery of storytelling to captivate judges
3. Effective quantification and qualification of achievements
4. Refinement of writing style for clarity and impact
