Trudy Chapman is President of Chapman Coaching Inc. where she works with executives and individuals to support them as they navigate transitions – be they work or life-related. She is also the President of Adaptive Leadership. This program incubates emerging leaders, and grows the skills of seasoned leaders. It takes an integral coaching approach to understanding leadership by starting with who they are as a person, and growing awareness and skills from there. She is thrilled to help guide the discussion around trust as a business currency. “Trust is the water we swim in as we sell our services and products to our clients. Without it, we have nothing."
