This workshop will help with a familiar, important struggle: how to keep our cool when we find ourselves in a difficult conversation. We will learn how to know when we and others are getting worked up and then how to slow things down, so that we can all be and feel heard, to reach a useful outcome in the conversation.
Tanya and Trudy are integral coaches, offering executive and life coaching through their companies (Red Bug Coaching & Consulting Inc. and Chapman Coaching Inc., respectively). This workshop is one part of their new 6-month leadership development program, Adaptive Leadership.
A boxed lunch is being catered by By-town Catering. Boxed lunch selection will be part of your registration.
