Lisa Siragusa is an executive of CX Specialists in Hosted PBX and Unified Communications, which also includes the complimentary audio endpoint devices for those platforms. As President of NRG TeleResources she has the passion to inspire your business communication with the right tools and platform to help you easily connect with your co-workers, supplier and clients.
Over the past 15 years, Lisa has grown NRG from a local prairie-based headset company to a national telecom training and accessory partner, which now includes a client base to all the Provinces across Canada. Including strategic partnerships with 3 of Canada’s largest Telcos and numerous other SMB telecom providers.
Lisa’s business achievements have also given her the stage to be an advocate for women in business. To support this passion, Lisa has certified her business with WBE Canada, has been a member of the WBE Supplier Advisory Committee and is currently an active Ambassador and Membership Committee members with the Women’s Business Network of Ottawa. Also, as a nurturing leader and educator, Lisa instinctively shares her knowledge and formally does so as a mentor to other women business owner

Silvia Pencak is President of Women Business Enterprises Canada Council (WBE Canada), a Canadian non-profit organization certifying women-owned businesses and opening the doors to corporate & government supply chains under supplier diversity programs across North America. Silvia has over 20 years of leadership experience in the nonprofit and business environment, leading transformational projects and teams. Her diverse international background spearheading successful initiatives gives her a wealth of experience to lead supplier diversity to its next level to support Canadian women owned businesses.
