Lisa has actively mentored several mentees as part of the Women’s Business Network Mentorship program.

Parrish Wilson, Writing Therapist & Workshop Facilitator - Parrish Wilson Creative 

As a writing therapist, Parrish Wilson brings together over 20 years of experience working and writing in the field of mental health. She holds an MA in Counselling and Spirituality, during which her research focused on therapeutic writing as a tool for processing trauma and emotional distress. In her work with individuals and groups, Parrish crafts transformational writing experiences leading to deep personal transformation.
