Growing your internal relationships with the men in your life
Join Patricia Carr for a powerful and eye-opening talk, Growing Our Internal Relationship with the Men in Our Lives. This conversation invites women into a deeper understanding of what the men around us are really struggling with beyond the surface. From being told to "man up" to feeling trapped between outdated gender roles and modern expectations, men are often navigating an invisible internal storm.
We'll explore where these struggles come from including:
- family systems
- societal messages
- emotional suppression
As well as look at how this affects how men are showing up in today’s relationships, workplaces, and emotional coping. Most importantly, we’ll look at how this affects us as women and how we can connect and support our partners, sons, fathers, friends, without losing ourselves. This session will leave you with insight, compassion, and a grounded path forward for connection, boundaries, and healing, for both you and them.
Guest Speaker - Patricia Carr
Patricia is a certified Family Constellation facilitator and Professional Coach with
over 25 years of personal growth experience. Her journey began after breaking free from an abusive relationship, sparking deep self-reflection and a commitment to healing. Through Family Constellation therapy, she discovered the power of understanding family systems and the hidden patterns that shape our lives. Today, Patricia supports clients in breaking free from limiting beliefs and old emotional patterns, guiding them toward more fulfilling, authentic lives. She holds certifications from the Family Imprint Institute and Erickson International, and works with both men and women seeking to live more balanced, meaningful lives.
