Strategic Leadership for a Changing World

Many organizations today are navigating complex challenges - from outdated systems and unclear priorities to increasing compliance demands and limited resources. In this session, Heather Cayouette will introduce a practical, strategic approach to leadership that helps attendees work smarter, safer, and more intentionally. Drawing from her upcoming book Reset the System, she’ll share a framework for rethinking how your organization operates, so you can lead with clarity, confidence, and resilience - whether you're growing, stabilizing, or simply trying to make things work better.

Attendees will learn strategies for:

- Leading with intention: aligning your systems and strategy to support your goals

- Building trust, reducing risk, and making smarter, more confident decisions

- Untangling operational legacies and simplifying how work gets done

- Preparing your organization for what’s next - including AI, automation, and other disruptors

Expect to walk away with actionable insights to improve how you lead and manage your organization - not by doing more, but by focusing on what matters most. Whether you’re facing operational friction, compliance concerns, or leadership fatigue, this session will provide practical tools and a fresh perspective to help you lead more strategically and sustainably.
